Charges Other Than the Product Price
A flat shipping fee of USD 20.00 applies to orders under USD 100.00.
Orders of USD 100.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Timing

Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within approximately two weeks after the order is confirmed.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
As our products are consumable food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preferences, accidental orders, or ordering errors.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@bonsai-jp.com within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Opened products or products with a broken original seal cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
