How should I store my matcha?
Keep your matcha tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors.
After opening, close the package securely and consume it as soon as possible for the best flavor and freshness.
Why may the color or flavor of matcha vary?
Matcha is a natural product, so its color, aroma, and flavor may vary slightly depending on the harvest season, growing conditions, and storage environment.
These differences are a natural characteristic of matcha.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong.

How much is shipping, and how long will delivery take?
International shipping is USD 20.00 for orders under USD 100.00. Orders of USD 100.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders are generally prepared within approximately two weeks. Delivery after shipment usually takes an additional one to two weeks, for a total estimated delivery time of approximately three to four weeks.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
